The instructions are not in English but it does contain pictures for you to figure it out. I assumed the stick on pads belong on the top of the cart. The pics in the instructions don't address them. Getting the parts to lock was a bit tricky because the locks are plastic and I was afraid it would break. Please dont use this for your refrigerator or washer/dryer. Its plastic so it might not hold up. A beverage cooler, wine cooler or mini office fridge is fine. Im not sure what the levels on each part is for. I had my beverage cooler sitting on a piece of wood and decided to use it with this cart because the cart doesn't adjust to the size of my cooler. I wish it didnt look so industrial.

o I only wish it were on wheels, otherwise it's a good buy. Very easy to assemble. Materials are good quality. I really like the small level on each corner, helps make sure the appliances are level and will preform without any damage.
