Desk is heavy and sturdy, take your time putting together. Took me and my husband a little over an hour. When installing the mounting bar to the desk make sure the lip faces inward. Also purchase a metal latch ahead of time. The one included is cheap plastic, there's no way it would have held the desk closed.
