Warranty information
RAREELECTRICAL products, when properly installed, are warranted against defects to the original purchaser for 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover failure due to accident, neglect or the result of normal wear & tear. Improper installation, careless handling or disassembly will void warranty. Failures due to rust, abuse, broken gears, housings or components shall not be considered for warranty, nor products used in applications which they were not intended. The sole responsibility of RAREELECTRICAL - if any - shall be the replacement of defective product. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct information prior to purchasing any product from RAREELECTRICAL. All purchases made in error, bought by mistake, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address are subject to a 20% restocking fee & require a return authorization. In these cases, domestic return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund using our discounted shipping rates.
