smooth formula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently try the Revlon PhotoReady Instant Blur Liner and I was honestly impressed with how smooth the application was. The opacity is medium on the first swipe, it gives a soft diffuse wash of color rather than full intensity right away. The tip glides on the effortlessly which make it beginner friendly. The pigmentation is buildable, one swipes gives a soft and blurred look. The consistency feels creamy but not over slippery. On my lids, it stayed for several hours without any touch ups. Overall, I love it.

Awesome lippy you need

Moisturizing and comfortable!

The liner is easy to use and blends into my lips well. It is moisturizing and not dry, which is a must for any lip liners I own. The lip liner feels comfortable for all day use. I do have to reapply when I drink tea throughout the day. Overall, it is a great product!
