Hoping for better quality

This is my 3rd pair of Winny sneakers. I bought this last pair because the 2 other pair have come apart at the seems. I'm hoping for better quality. I've tried to contact service via email and Instagram but have not gotten any response. So I'm hoping that these will better quality or this will be the last time I order Vionic shoes.
