MegaChef Round 10.25 Inch Enameled Cast Iron Skillet in Red

I bought this skillet for my wife, she has made lots of pancakes, rotis, dosa in it. Did not stick to the skillet from 2nd time. 1st time it may require oil and one preseasoning. This skillet has enameled bottom so it protects glass stove surface and inside it is cast iron, so get benefit of the cooking in cast iron, and outside enamel does not scratch the stove surface. Heat it on low to medium for 2, 3 minutes and then after making 2 pancakes, low heat is enough to continue. If needed when you are baking something just spread oil on the inner surface with a paper towel and leave it in the oven for 20 minutes while baking other things, so to season it, you don't have to specially heat oven, saves electricity. I wish it came with stay cool handle, as handle gets hot while cooking, and have to be careful.
