For the price the Cashews are lovely, fresh, and taste exactly the same as whole ones. I bought them to use as seasonings, or ground up with cilantro, fresh cream and a drop of lemon juice to marinade my to-b-grilled chicken in. The chicken is delicious and there's no reason to waste money on full cashews in this case! Definitely a good deal for the money. But will NOT substitute for whole cashews to be roasted as snack serving!
