The first time this was shipped, it got lost so I never received it. When I contacted the seller, their response was unprofessional but did include "refund or send a replacement?" I opted for the replacement which was a huge mistake. The item that I actually received was not the correct item. It was too short and did not fit correctly. When I contacted the seller to advise them of this, they asked me to send them a picture of the defect. I took a picture of the original product from my car and their product. It was obvious that it was not the right size. Even after sending the picture, their response was that since it was labeled as the correct item, so it was the correct item and that they would not authorize for a return or refund. After many messages back and forth, they final agreed to a refund but I had to pay for the shipping to return it even though it was their fault. After this, I researched the company more and found many complaints of how unprofessional and shady this seller is. Beware and do not purchase from them!
