Q:Why is the Stand easily tipped over?
A:It is likely that the stand is not installed properly.
Proper method:
1.Before use,please take off the black protective on the stand.
2.The three legs of the light stand should be opened as much as possible, The stand is most stable at 90 degrees.
3.The three sections of the stand needs to be pulled out evenly, not piled together or all pulled out.
Q:Why can't the Flexible Soft Tube bend well?
A:It is likely that the installation steps are not accurate. Install the flexible tube first (do not bend it now), then install the light, and finally adjust the angle .Hold the light with one hand and press the flexible tube to adjust to the angle you want.This can be easily adjusted.
