This meat slicer is extremely sharp, I was very impressed with the slicer. I am a first time user and I have always thought the slicer would be too hard to use but surprisingly this slicer is very easy to operate. I can easily choose the thickness of the meat and the power button is conveniently on the side of the machine. Now I can easily buy my own ham and cheese without having to stop buy the deli department .
