It actually works as advertised. The freezer keeps things Frozen. It uses a minimal amount of electricity. The refrigerator is as adjustable as promised. The only downside is that the actual temperature inside the compartments is several degrees warmer than the temperature I set. But it is very consistent. So I know that if I set the refrigerator for 32 degrees that it's not going to freeze anything. It's going to be running 35 to 37, which is fine as long as I know it and as long as it stays consistent. It is not very good at cooling things off, if you've got frozen food it needs to be Frozen when it goes in. Takes forever to make a large tray of ice cubes. However, this is implicit in the amount of power it draws. Such a low powered unit is not going to freeze things quickly. And it needs to be low powered so I don't run out of battery I'm keeping the cold stuff cold. Overall, especially for the money, it's better than I expected by quite a bit.
