Just a precaution

I've decided to supplement with trace minerals because I drink distilled water not because of deficiencies I noticed. The leaching of minerals from your body via distilled water may be an old wife's tale but being 73 and loosing hair I thought I'd use the supplements. I have been taking Trace Minerals for about 3 years. Never thought about noticing any difference. But a couple of months ago I ran out and didn't have a backup bottle. Took about a week to get a new bottle. During that time I experienced pain in my joints and lack of energy. Within 2 days of taking them again I felt so much better again. Will always have a backup bottle now.

Working great so far. I even feel enhanced. :)

My new suppliment regimen is working out great. Cant really differentiate between the effects of the trace minerals as I'm also taking potassium gluconate and magnesium glycinate but what I can tell you is its an amazing feeling dropping the pounds and sleeping much better than I used to. Also eating lots of green leafy salads every week to help with the weight loss and my ultimate goal of bringing my BP down to normal from slightly elevated. Trace minerals are pretty much a must have for anyone starting on potassium/magnesium if I understand correctly.
