The Racor RKP1912 Turbine Primer Pump Kit is a 12-volt electric primer pump designed to mount on a Racor 900 or 1000 series turbine assembly. This comprehensive kit includes mounting brackets, gaskets, and all the necessary hardware for a complete installation on your turbine assembly. It can be retrofitted to many of the Racor 900 or 1000 Turbine Series fuel filters/water separators that are already in service. Racor's electric primer pump kit features an innovative and proprietary system, consisting of a 100-micron pre-screen filter, a flow bypass circuit, and a roller cell pump powered by a 12-volt Racor brushless motor. When activated, the pump draws fuel into the pre-screen, then pumps it through the housing, replenishing the unit with fresh, clean, and dry fuel. When not in use, the filter pump system is bypassed, allowing the Racor fuel filter/water separator to function normally.
