Too diluted with fillers

I use Rosemary extract as a digestive anti-inflammatory and this one has more filler in it than actual Rosemary extract. Correspondingly, it is not very anti-inflammatory. I disperse 3 capsules (about 1 gram) in a cup of water and it barely becomes yellow. A 1 gram of real water soluble Rosemary extract turns the water into a brown tea color.
