Great Packaging Easy install

This product was packaged was great so that nothing would get damaged. The overall product was nice we really like the look of it. We did have a defect in the fabric and they took care of it quickly with no complaints. We will have a full install video on our YouTube page www.youtube.com/c/Churchsfamilyfarmcff. I had this up and working in one and a half hours. Supper easy and very straight forward for the install. Overall this is a great product.

Quiet and reliable

Very impressed with these motorized verticals. They were a cinch to install, super quiet! The videos I've watched of them didn't really give a good description of the sound when they are closing/opening. You don't hear any motor sound. Very faint sound of the vanes moving is all. Customer service is top notch, 5 out of 5. I emailed them several times with questions and they immediately responded back. Once I received them and went to install I had one question and they responded immediately.Cons: Really only 2, the first one is the valance. I would like to see an option for a more rigid tailored look (see my photo, I made a frame to put the valance fabric they was included, I cut off the velcro strip and adhered it to a frame.). The second improvement would be to include a 12' cord instead of a short one and two short extensions. The reason is if you want to run the power cord down the wall in a wiring concealer (the small plastic ones you can paint to match your wall) it would be nice to not have the plug connector in the middle of the wall. I purchased a 12' extension cord and bundled the wire up on top of the blind and am using the wiring concealer so it will run down the wall with a clean look.
