Very nice material. Not see-through and does have a lot of give. It does gape in the armholes because there is a lot of room in the upper area but nothing that can't be fixed with a quick dart on a sewing machine. The shirt is probably made with an average to taller person in mind and so really shows my bra on the sides through armholes. For reference I wear size 44J bras and ordered size 3x(24w-26w), am 5'1" and have apple bodyshape with large overhanging belly. I think this item is more on 26w side then 24w size-wise. If you are between sizes 22w and 24w generally and want the blouse to be more fitted then I would say size down to a 2x for sure. I would even say size down to 2x if you are 24w usually. Lengthwise it sits like a very long tunic or a very short mini-dress on me.
