The description is misleading.
The hose reel is being used for a boat wash station to remove aquatic invasive plants and animals. A 1500 PSI pressure washer will run through the reel. Infortunately, I misread the description and thought it came with the hose. In addition, the swivel was bent in shipment due to insufficient packaging protection. I am having a bit of difficulty resolving the issue with Coxreel. I want replacement parts and they are pushing it back on Zoro. Lastly, the inner 1/2" NPT threads were messed up and I had a very difficult time starting any fitting in opening. After much scraping and elbow grease, I was finally able to thread a nipple in and get the threads working. The pressure washer hose was very difficult to thread on due to the limited space in the interior of the reel. I had to use a 45 degree street elbow to make it work. There is very little room to get tools in to tighten the fittings.

Doesn't last
Had this in my commercial wash truck, outlasted the bracket... but didn't make it past 6 months of use. No built for everyday use, occasional home use would be fine.
