Armrest arrived damaged

This is a set of 2 chairs that I was very excited for and they arrived earlier than expected. I assembled the hard part of one chair first and without completing that chair and moved one to the hard part of the next chair. The second chair came with the armrest broken so I was unable to complete assembly. The chairs did not seem of good quality as the chair must've already been damaged before packaging. The box arrived in great condition and was perfectly wrapped in styrofoam. So the damage was not from delivery. I had to return the set and bought different ones from Amazon instead. I didn't reorder since the chairs were also very wide and wouldn't fit my space well
