Authentic taste
having a surplus of dehydrated onions is an excellent alternative to freshly cut onions when you're not interested in droppin' watery sorrows of a smelly clean up. this essential seasoning has a flavorful texture — consistency in aroma. it's a splendid additive to our homemade smash burgers, 'specially for banzai ground turkey burgers

Nice flavor and texture
I really like this Onion Powder because it is very fine and adds a lot of flavor. I tried it in replacement of onion in a recipe and it was very convenient. A lot of onion flakes and powders are chunky or tough, but this is not. I would buy this again!

The flavor of onions without the tears
McCormick has always been my go to spice maker. And it just seems that every year they get better at what they do. When I just want the flavor of onions and not the actual pieces, this is my go to option. There will be times when you want real onion pieces like in chili however, often I just want a little of that flavor but without the mess of peeling an onion and chopping it up. This is the perfect replacement. The robust flavor of onions without the extra work. I like when I can save an little bit of time. McCormick recommends using 1 tablespoon in place of 1/2 cup of fresh chopped onions. Trust me, when you try it you'll be surprised that you can taste the flavor you wanted.
