We assembled the chair and found that it was 3 inches smaller than what it was listed for height on walmart.com. I found the chair to be 37 1/2 inches instead of 40.2 inches tall. 26 inches across 21 from the seat to the top. 18.5 to the top of the seat cushion. 18 inches arm spread at the front and 16 arm spread at the back From the outside of each arm, it was 25 inches. The tufted look is real nice.
