Fancy Ramen at home for less than $1.50

I tried the other brands and I have enjoyed fancy Ramen while dinning out. This ramen is not too spicy (you can add more if you like). The noodles are not too fat. The molten volcano chicken or beef version those are way way too spicy and are thicker. But the fiery hot beef it's a thinner noodles which I prefer and perfect heat level. I like the dried seasoning packet with green onions. I add to mine fresh baby Bella's frozen peas celery thinly sliced pork tenderloin marinated for thirty minutes in Soy sauce minced ginger for fancy ramen at home.

My Favorite Ramen

I love Ramen and when I make it I almost always add extra veggies, seasonings and sometimes cooked meat to it. My top 2 favorite ramens are the Nissin brand Hot %26 Spicy Beef and Hot %26 Spicy Chicken. I like to cook my noodles separately on the stove top. Start the noodles in boiling water (set timer for 3 minutes) and halfway through set up your ramen bowl with the 2 packets and any extras you want, pour water to the line and microwave on high for 3 minutes. When the noodles are done, drain them through a small colander, then let the colander sit in the sink. When the bowl of broth and stuff is done, carefully add the noodles, stirring it a bit. The noodles seem fresher and has a better texture and the broth is clearer and tastes better without all the starch from the noodles.

Love this stuff.

I love this stuff. In my local store this costs about a dollar and it's a pretty large bowl. I think the serving size says two on it, but let's get real... I'm going to eat the whole thing. I usually add less water than the directions call for so it's less soupy and the spices are more concentrated and well, spicy. I find this to actually be spicy, not so spicy that I can't eat it... but spicy enough that after I've completed the bowl I am craving ice cream... which tells me that it was spicy. This is also very salty so you will also be craving water when you are done.
