Carving Set
Have recently turned to Shun to replace our kitchen knives and this set (on sale) was a great addition to the kitchen. Traditional carving knife and fork. Recently got to use the set at Easter with carving a ham and in true Shun form the knife made it very easy along with the fork. Must have for holidays and just adds to the Shun line of knives in the kitchen.

Great Carving Combo Set
Absolutely love this carving set. Great thin blade that is ravor sharp makes it's way through any meat item with ease. Have also used this knife for skinning large fish filets. Easily removes the skin without taking any of the Filet with it. Highly reccommend
