Absolutely Love It!! With precise slicing, no struggling with Sourdough bread or any other type. As a matter of fact, after hand washing, I've nicked my finger (like a paper cut) that I have to remind myself take your time and be careful. Bread Knife Review
I just bought mine this past holiday, but I bought the peaces that I felt I would use the most! Bread knife was one. This knife is extremely sharp not only for the looks, but for the sharp clean cut it makes when cutting bread. I did a comparison on YouTube to my old 13yr old knives I had when my wife and I got married and it had teeth were this serrated edge for cutting has smooth edges to let it do the work for you. With this sharp bread knife you will turn heads in the kitchen for sure and be amazed how easy it cuts.
