Barilla Lasagne isn't Brittle

Often when I purchase lasagna pasta, there are broken lengths that are rather messy to work with. Barilla's boxed lasagne noodles were whole—all of them. Instead of boiling them, I place them in a long, glass pan and cover them with broth, sliding them in the oven as it is preheating. By the time I'm ready to assemble, the noodles are flexible and not a bit overdone. This means the finished lasagna turns out with the perfect amount of moisture, not a puddle of water in the bottom of the pan or on your plate.

Great Product, Will Buy Again

The Barilla Wavy Lasagne noodles were the best for lasagna roll ups. They cooked evenly, held their shape and didn't break apart. After baking, they didn't get soft and mushy. I used to buy a different brand of pasta and since trying the Barilla pasta, I have switched to only Barilla.

You need to try it!

I received the lasagna wavy noodles free in return for a honest review. The texture of the noodle is quite exceptional, they cook evenly, pleasantly surprised they didn't break or stick which was a nice addition to each layer being quite well structured. The taste of the noodle was simple yet delicious and let all the other flavors of the lasagna stand out perfectly! Highly recommend.
