KidWise Kidwise Octagon 16 ft. Trampoline with Optional Enclosure

This is a terrific trampoline. Has safety precautions and also has good bounce. Both adults and kids love it! It did take a while to get it all set up though. When we placed our order, the expected delivery date was a few weeks off which was a little upsetting. However, we got a call just over a week later to schedule the delivery. We were thrilled until we realized that only 3 of the 4 boxes were delivered. It was a Friday and the Fed Ex man said he wouldn't know until Monday when the rest would come. On Mon a search ensued with Fed Ex saying they could not account for the missing box (the legs!). Kidwise was helpful and sent us a replacement box #4. We had that by the following Thurs. All in all, it was still earlier than initially promised... Then the hard part came: setup is MUCH more difficult than the website suggests. My husband managed to do it himself but it was REALLY difficult to stretch the springs for setup. He thinks the website underestimated that. BUT- now it's been up and being used daily and we are all VERY happy with our purchase!
