These are comfortable shoes. But I wouldn't wear it with thick socks. Using the think one for more comfort if you're hanging out for dinner or walking around, and you want to look a little more presentable than normal, depending on where you are going.

The tie box has enough room for my toes to spread a bit without feeling smooshed together, but the overall fit still feels secure. Inside the heel area there's padding that adds to the comfort, and the shoes go on easily thanks to the small elastic panels near the laces, which I really like. The material looks well made and I didn't notice any loose stitching or glue spots. Overall, they're a solid, comfortable option if you want a clean dress casual look without spending much.
