This dress did not arrive within the date range given. I logged on to Walmart Chat and cancelled the order on the Saturday of the date I needed it by, which was a few days after the expected date. I was given a refund at that time. The dress arrived a week after the expected date. I contacted Walmart Chat again to let them know the item had arrived. They told me to keep it since a refund had already been issued. A few weeks later, I received a message that I would be charged for the dress since it had been delivered. I called Walmart and spoke with a representative to tell them I needed to return the dress so I would not be charged. They told me since the item had been refunded, there was no way to do a return unless they charged me again. This was my second attempt to return the dress and no one was able to give me information to do the return, PLUS I was about to be charged twice for the same dress. I just need someone to issue a label for me to return the dress and remove the charge once the seller has received it.
