Step 1: Wet your hair with lukewarm water – not hot! – so that it is thoroughly wet through. Step 2: Squeeze a nickel to quarter-sized amount into the center of your hand and lather it between your palms. Step 3: Then apply the shampoo, starting at your crown -- the top of your head toward the back -- and gently distribute through the rest of your hair. Step 4: Don't rub your scalp with your fingertips as you shampoo. Step 5: Rinse the product from your hair again using lukewarm water.
