The best! I have insomnia so bad my eye bags are just dark. I take one 30 mins before bed and right after I am in deep slumber. Don't hear vehicles going by or when I woke up in the middle of the night I can go back to sleep right away. I really like this sleep aid. I've tried so many different ones and they don't work for me but this one does and keeps me asleep for more than a few hours without waking back up like some of the others I've tried and it's a good price. I'll defiantly keep using this one.
