ONE Puffs Shreddin' Cheddar Protein Puff, 14g Protein, 1.05 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have a great crunch and taste to them. I like how cheesy they are while giving you a good amount of protein. Once you open them, you can't stop eating them. They have a taste that's close to eating a piece of cheddar cheese.

I hesitated to purchase them because of the price for one bag of cheese puffs. But I was pleased with the calorie amount, the net carbs, potassium, and the protein. They have a really nice sharp cheddar flavor. A good crunch. They were not overly messy with powder falling everywhere like some cheese puffs tend to be. I will say because of the sharp cheddar and good seasonings, I probably now have bad breath, but they tasted great! Good amount in the bag. The one serving left me full when eaten for an afternoon snack, I usually am wanting a few more chips when I finish a small bag, but this was a good amount and filling. I would buy them again, even though they're pricey.
