This Syvio cold press juicer machine is my first ever juicer so I was a bit intimidated by the process of juicing fruits and vegetables for the first time. Assembly was a bit confusing because the instructions take you step by step through the assembly process however most of the juicer is already assembled so dis-assembly instructions would have been more helpful. Finally read to try my first juicing process and the process was very simple actually. The pulp gets forced out into a provided cup on one side and the juice comes out on the opposite side, also with a matching cup and strainer to catch the juice. First tried with apples and then baby carrots. The juicer could easily take whatever I was throwing at it. There was also a recommendation in the manual to reverse the motor if anything backs up or clogs but I didn't need to do that. There are 3 mesh filters of different sizes that are provided along with a hard bristle cleaning brush. Speaking of cleaning the unit, I was very surprised how easy it was to clean up. Just had to rinse the different components to clean them up. Only the mesh screen needs a bit of scrubbing with the provided hard bristle brush but even that wasn't too difficult. Overall I am very pleased with this juicer and feel that it will be durable enough to last for years and also seems to be very competitively priced.

I cut my produce into 1–2 inch cubes, which worked well, but I would've preferred to leave them larger if possible. ⚠️ **Minor Issue** One small drawback: a sticker on one of the parts left a sticky film that was hard to remove and didn't come off completely. I wasn't sure if it was meant to stay on, but it did detract slightly from the overall experience. 🛒 **Summary** Overall, I'm pleased with how this juicer performs and how easy it was to get started. It's a solid choice for beginners, and I'm looking forward to experimenting with more recipes using both the juice and the pulp.
