Product Description:

This cervical traction device lengthens and decompresses neck muscles, providing quick and long-lasting relief from soreness linked to cervical spine issues. It is ideal for people spending long hours at computers, driving, or studying. Please note: do not use while sleeping or as a permanent neck brace. Consult your doctor before use, especially after acute injuries or sprains.

Instructions for Use:

1. Wrap the device around your neck with valves on the left side. Adjust the inflatable layer’s position and secure with the strap. First-time users should do this in front of a mirror.
2. Ensure rubber pads are correctly placed. Close the inflation and deflation valves before pumping.
3. Use the manual pump to inflate until the desired traction angle and stretch are achieved as per comfort or medical advice. Adjust left and right sides separately if needed. Once comfortable, close the valves to maintain pressure.
4. Use the device 2-3 times daily for 20-30 minutes each session. Main traction duration should be 1-3 minutes.
5. To deflate, open the valves gradually and allow air to release slowly. Avoid pressing the device.
6. Start with medium traction and gentle movements once or twice daily, progressing to heavier traction as comfortable. Typical treatment cycle lasts 10-20 days.

The device can be worn conveniently while watching TV, working, reading, traveling, reclining, or relaxing.
