Personalization Q&A
- Your names, messages, and year are personalized by handwriting with a long-lasting permanent marker.
- If no personalization is needed, write "None"
- We can ONLY add personalized writing by hand with permanent black ink. We can NOT CHANGE the color scheme or design of the ornament.
- Orders received with no notes at all or incomplete/confusing instructions may be delayed until we verify personalization preferences. If we cannot reach you before the ship-by-date the item will be sent either without customization (in the case of no notes) or we will personalize them with our best guess based on what was written.
