Very Stiff and Too Big

Maybe every sizing is different, but I usually wear a size 9. The shoes I received seemed bigger. Not only that, but it is very stiff and the back of my feet hurt. If I wore this for a longer time, I will definitely get blisters. I think it would work if I bought cushions but I still don't like how high the back is and how hard it pushes into my skin at the heels of my feet.
