I purchased two of these from this seller the first one came intact which is the blue one however you have to charge them but the USB cord they include however they don't include a plug so you have to either use a computer or own a plug for USB cable it has to be plugged in at all times even if it's charged to be used with the switch on the cable turned on there is no switch on the base or the item itself I thought this item would stay lit without using electricity after it was charged it does not and even if it did there is no switch to turn it off at night the only switches on the cable the USB cable that plugs into the wall if you provide your own plug no plug included the second one I received was damaged and Transit I have provided pictures and reviewed it already separately I am very disappointed in this particular product and the amount of money I spent to buy both of them along with $10 for shipping
