I'm a balsamic vinegar snot. This stuff is delicious. It is great on artichoke, pesto, tomato pizza. Fabulous drizzled on garlic bread. Great on veggies. Highly recommend. Flavor isn't over powered by vinegar nor super acidic. I'd purchase this over and over.
