Great customer service! I didn't change the ship to address to my daughter when the order was placed and decided there's no harm in asking. My wife contacted them to change the shipping address to our daughter's address instead of ours, and we expected to hear no and was already prepared to pay to ship it to her. She was not given a hard time about it, and the seller was very accommodating and they got the items to our daughter on the original deliver by date.

Worst experience in trying to return product that they did not deliver on time.

I liked it all. I have yet to give it to my granddaughter since it's for Christmas so not sure what she will say about it.

Such a charming design, I wanted this chair to sit at a library table in my living room. Unfortunately, the lack of quality control contributed to structural unsoundness and cosmetic flaws. I reluctantly returned it.

We got this ottoman and it does not match at all. We took it to Walmart and they said we have to return it through Marketplace. I have been emailing back and forth for several days and have yet to receive a label to return or directions on how to do so. The seller just thanks us for our emails and states that they will get back to us..... We are very disappointed in this return process and lack of communication about doing it. Please help!!

This dealer is awful. Horrible communication. Armoire delivered with three if the knobs missing. I reported it and Its been over a month and still no knobs. It was also delivered with one door off the hinge. I fixed it because I had waited so long and didn’t want to return it. Buyer beware.

This seller should not even be allowed to sell items. Customer service is a joke. Returns are impossible, even though they sent you a defective item. Maybe that's all they sell and why they don't accept returns. Stay away from this company at all costs.
