Really disappointed.

I received the box. First the package was damaged. Then i opened it completely and to polyester inside the box to protect the parts was extremely dirty, disgusting even. Next, I took out the parts and no stickers on either of them to indicate their number and show which part goes where from the manual. The manual is literally 2 pages you almost don't understand anything. Last but not least, I ordered the item in black and I received it in white. I'm extremely disappointed but i didn't send it back because the process would be too long and I needed it ASAP. I don't recommend buying this.

I loved the quality of the product very strong and sturdy, BUT it's advertised WITH 36" FIREPLACE which I did NOT receive and for the price without it I'M LIVID!!! I bought it mainly for the fireplace and ambiance of it. I have contacted the seller I hope they forgot to ship it or will be shipping ot separately. The add clearly states WITH and as a 2 in 1 due to the fireplace. The directions said no tools required, that's a lie also you will need a hammer and Phillips screwdriver and a 2nd set of hands.
