Amazing flavor!

These cheeses are all delicious. I am not sure what type it actually is, but its a harder, dry kind of cheese similar to a parmesan or Romano. Great flavors, my favorite was the wine and espresso cheeses. Would be a great addition to a charcuterie board.

I am like addicted to this cheese. The garlic and herb perfect with crackers or most any snack really. The Tomatoe basil graded or chopped and put over Italian dishes or Mac n cheese omg. The merlot the first bite is ganna set u back for a second because you literally taste the fermentation of the wine. I love this one along with some good peppered cowboy jerky. Then there is the expresso. This is my absolute favorite. I havnt found it's perfect pair yet but I have a hard time not eating it all before I eat anything else!
