Add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.Servings Oats Water Salt 1 Serving1/2 cup1 cuppinch2 Servings1 cup2 cups1/4 tsp3 Servings1 1/2 cups3 cups 1/4 tsp4 Servings2 cups 4 cups 1/2 tspMicrowave instructions In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating. Makes 1 serving.

A fair price for a high quality product

Bob's Red Mill is one of my favorite brands, so when I saw I was able to use a recent promo offer for this I couldn't resist. And boy, am I glad I tried these - they are so much better than the supermarket brand I've been buying - nice big, plump, well-defined oats that come out perfect no matter what cooking method you use. My preferred method is overnight oats to which I add a spoonful each of ground flax seed, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds. I sweeten it with a little maple syrup and use a good plant-based milk for the liquid and...voila!

My favourite roller oats as well as my favourite brand. Outstanding quality, super tasty oats, I add them to yoghurt to boost my fibre intake or otherwise boil them, add a bit of sugar, and it's an early afternoon tasty desert for me. I accidentally ordered the smaller package, but it will last long regardless.
