Hoxy's are a hit and a 3/4 hit(not a miss)

The first Hoxy I bought was the Spicy Chicken(dark red bag). It's at the highest heat comfort level for me but is a tiny bit bland so I would have to add a little garlic, sesame oil and msg…and I thought “This is perfect. I'm forever buying this.” Then before I ran out, I looked and it was not in stock even for shipping. I'm vegetarian so I don't remember what beef ramen or soup tastes like, but I bought this Beef Hoxy(orange bag) anyways. I love it even more than the Spicy Chicken version. No it's not as hot, but the rest of the flavor are much stronger. I'd rather sacrifice some heat. I have a bottle of chili oil if cravings require something hotter. I don't know who the target is for Hoxy products, but even this milder Beef could be too hot for some people probably. I suggest you acquire a small scooper of some sort. Don't pour the powder out, because it will gather in the corners, and over time cake up preventing the ziplock from sealing well. After I read about baking soda spaghetti ramen, I've used this base 4 or 5 times a week.
