Not much to say, It's horticultural oil

Horticultural Oil pint arrived sealed and looks like horticultural oil. Bottle had a thick layer of dust on it, seller could have at least wiped it off before shipping, but that's just my opinion. Nothing appears wrong with the product but it does make me question how long it's been sitting on a shelf somewhere.
