Nuloom CB01D-609 Hand Woven Chunky Woolen Cable Rug, Light Grey - 6 ft. x 9 ft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of these rugs and like them so much that I am going to add a third to the room. When I unwrapped it I was afraid it was going to be stiff and coarse to walk on, but quite to the contrary it is thick, soft and comfy under my feet. It actually exceeded my expectations.

Such a beautiful, cozy rug! The weave/pattern is uniform and tightly woven, despite the pile being higher than I anticipated. (The rug presents exactly as specified, I simply did not closely review some specs prior to purchase.) That said, the height of pile makes the rug very comfortable and soft to walk on - we purchased a runner for a hallway and our young children love laying on it. There has been some shedding in the first week of owning the rug but nothing troublesome, and the shedding is decreasing. In addition to how pleasant the rug feels underfoot, it is also beautiful in its simplicity and is well-crafted.
