Instructions
Melting Instructions: Stove Top: Place chips in double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted. Microwave: Heat chips in a microwave safe container at medium power (50%) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir until bowl no longer feels warm. Continue heating at 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Store in a cool and dry place.

Must Try!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been a fan of dark chocolate but I gave Ghirardelli's chocolate a try. I must say I am impressed! It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste and the texture is just as smooth as milk chocolate. I made trail mix and cookies with the chips. None of it lasted long in my home! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised with this product!! It's hard to make no sugar added chocolate taste good, but I was very pleased. I chose to cover strawberries with the chips and it made for the perfect treat. I loved it and I would absolutely buy again. I cant't wait to try baking other things with these diabetic friendly chips!!
