I'm a home baker and makecakes for friends and neighbors. I just did a wedding cake and was hesitant to order clear vanilla based on prior purchases but, needed white icing. I ordered this vanilla and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Has a very good vanilla flavor.

There are times when you bake that you need clear

There are times if you bake that you really need clear vanilla flavoring. Watkins has a good reputation and I agree. I needed clear vanilla, quickly, for an up coming cake. This was reasonably priced and came in a little larger size than I needed but it has been well worth it. Taste is great and it is shelf stable. I am please with this purchase and recommend it to others.

I find it difficult to find on the shelf around the holidays so I purchase a large bottle %26 have it shipped free via Walmart. The clear vanilla doesn't change the color of my cookies. It tastes just as good as pure vanilla for a lot less money.
