Great taste at a reasonable price
This is a great extract to use in any citrus-based recipe. The Rodelle version gives a wonderful flavor to baked goods at a much lower price than some other brands (I've found the same to be true of their Vanilla extract). I buy Rodelle extracts for all my baking needs.
