Maverick Redi-Chek ET-7 Dual Probe Remote Thermometer - C, F - for Grill

My old Redi-Check Probe just broke this past summer after several years of moderate-duty service, both inside the oven, on the stove, and on the grill. After checking almost all the other options and being thoroughly satisfied with my old unit, I bought this upgraded version that has two probes. If I had any complaints with my previous Redi Check it was that it only had one probe making it difficult to cook two meats at different temperatures. This problem has now been solved and the unit works great. The wireless unit that you can take with you around the house is an excellent option that frees the cook up to wander around the house, work, watch TV, etc all the while knowing the progress the meat is making on the grill or in the oven. The only semi-complaint I have is the storage box it comes in is flimsy and extra care has to be taken each time the unit is used. I guess one could just throw them (two probes and two temp units) in a larger box which would work fine but for those that do not have extra space for another, larger box, the original box is the best way to store. I definitely recommend this unit.
