I recommend

These are thick, I see them lasting me a couple years. They wont tear easily. I washed it in the regular cycle and accidently dried them in the dryer instead of air drying and they still looked perfect. I got the L/XL and I'm 5'2" and 185 lbs. I really liked the color, it's hard to find a darker "nude" for my complexion and this one was a great option.
