This is my favorite Catalina flavor. I like mixing it with the strawberry strudel flavor for a larger bowl and flavor combo. I love the crunch that lasts the whole bowl. I can't stand soggy cereal so this hits! As an athlete this gives me a great high protein, low sugar snack at night.
