The management needs to better train the employees that online orders can be picked up at the customer service counter. The employees at the customer service counter told me to walk outside and call the number on the outside wall and wait. Fortunately, management overheard the conversation and came to the front and corrected the staff allowing me to get my online order at customer service counter.
